The subject Annual review meeting was held on March 20th & 21st, 2023 under the chairmanship of Chief Health P&D Department.

After a brief introduction by the participants, Coordinator SUN Unit explained the objective of the meeting and informed that objective of this review is to identify the gaps and issues in the ongoing projects and try to resolve that gaps as well as do planning for the year 2023. On behalf of P&D Department, Mr. Javed Khan, Chief RD welcomed all the participants and said that P&DD is always very keen to a comprehensive progress on nutrition as it is one of the international level commitments of the provincial government. He further said that we hope that this meeting will be productive and we will have some concrete information at the end of 2 days meeting.

Furthermore, Chief Health P&D Department suggested to have exclusive PC-1 for nutrition and ensured its reflection as new project in the coming ADP 2023-24. He directed to submit concept paper comprising situation analysis, activities mapping, gaps identification etc. At the end, Chief Health P&D Department appreciated the participation and thanked all the participants to make this review meeting successful.

At the end, the Chief Health P&D Department assured full support for nutrition related activities and he suggested to review the progress quarterly instead of Bi-annually.
